CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman questioned in regards to the Case for Bison Street if the landowner <br />was satisfied. <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that the landowner was contacted and has expressed satisfaction <br />with the work performed. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman asked if the City should receive something in writing from the <br />landowner. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich suggested writing the landowner a letter stating that it is the City <br />Engineer's understanding that he (landowner) is satisfied with the work and if the City does not <br />hear back, then it will be agreed that the landowner is satisfied. <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson inquired if they had already approved the May 25t~ meeting minutes <br />during the last Council meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec suggested approving the minutes again to make sure they weren't a draft copy. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Connolly, seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman, to approve the <br />following items on the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br /> 1) Receive Ramsey Fire Department Report for June and July I999 <br /> 2) Receive Ramsey Police Department Monthly Report for July 1999 <br /> 3) Note the following Commission, Committee, Board Meeting Minutes: <br />a) Park and Recreation CommissiordRegular/July 8, 1999 <br />4) Schedule Personnel Committee meeting for 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 14, 1999 <br />5) Accept Resignation - Public Works Maintenance Worker <br />6) Accept Resignation - Administrative Assistant <br />7) Accept Bid for Vehicle #610 <br />8) Approve the following License Applications: <br /> <br /> General Sheet Metal Corp., 2330 Louisiana Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55427 <br />Excavating <br /> Meiny's Diggers, Inc., 12211 -42"d Street NE, St. Michael, MN 55376 <br />9) Approve the following Council and Council Committee Minutes: <br /> a) City Council/Regular/May 25, 1999 <br /> b) Public Works Committee/Regular/June 15, 1999 <br /> c) Personnel Committee/Regular/June 22, 1999 <br /> d) City Council/Regular/June 22, 1999 <br /> e) Finance Committee/Regular/July 13, 1999 <br /> f) City Council/Regular/July 13, 1999 <br /> g) City Council/Regular/July27, 1999 <br /> <br />City Council/August 24, 1999 <br /> Page 4 of 25 <br /> <br /> <br />
