Commissioner Rolfe suggested considering the issue on a case by case basis. <br /> <br />Chairperson Cook replied that if a developer creates a need for a trail then they should be asked <br />to put the trial in as part of their development. <br /> <br />Commissioner Rolfe stated that the size of a street is driven by the capacity and a need for a trail <br />should be dictated by certain criteria. <br /> <br />Commissioner Asfahl replied that there needs to be specific density requirement. <br /> <br />Chairperson Cook stated that there should be some guidelines to use on a case by case basis. <br />COMMISSION/STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />1) Anoka County Park and Recreation Committee Agenda <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Rolfe, seconded by Commissioner Asfahl, to adjourn the meeting. <br />Motion carried.
