Hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. I key required by groups with priority B - F. If not, the group will be charged a clean up charge and/or forfeit the deposit. Deposits can be picked up on Tuesday following' the Wae'~and I o.f usage. Any request for special room arrangements will be charged a fee equal to the actual costs including overtime. The Individual responsible for the facility must arrange to check out and check Ih a key at the City Hall Pa~k end Recreation office, 5200 85th Avenue North, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.o Monday through Friday. An after hours drop box is available at the front parking area at City Hall. Your check will be returned by mail after the key is returned. Failure to return the key within 14 days will result in forfeiture of the key deposit. Permit requests, except for private parties (see item #10, building usage regulations), must be received in the Park and Recreation office et least 14 days in advance or they will not be honored. Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of the scheduled date to facilitate other groups utilizing that vacated time slot. Failure to do $o will result in loss of payment. Permits are not transferable. A community building may not be reserved for more titan two .meetings a month by the same organization for the same basic purpose. Any o'rganiz'ation wishing to reserve the building for set'dates running throughout, the'calendar year must place in writing such request (listing dates, times, group name, function of meeting, approximate numbers to attend, and the person responsible). This request must be sent to the Recreation Department on or before December 1 for the coming calendar year. Every group using the facilities must have competent adult leadership and be at least 21 years of age. The individual whose name appears on the permit will be considered responsible for the organization's conduct while using the facility.
