The <br />proposed plan shows grades less that one percent. <br /> <br />Additional topography must be provided to the north to determine at what elevation <br />the receiving pond overflows. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />The ponding area, if it does not overflow to the north at an elevation of two feet <br />below the low floor elevation of' the house on Lot 9, Block 1, APPLE RIDGE must <br />be sized to handle the critical event as outlined by the Lower Rum River Watershed <br />Management Organization. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />Drainage easements must be provid?d for the ponding area and/or the drainage <br />overflow swale. ~ _ <br /> ! <br />It is my understanding that retaining ~valls are to be '~nstalled on Lots 1 & 2, Block <br />1 APPLE RIDGE. These were not shbwn on the plan.
