The court also found that <br />Henry did not suffer economic harm "approaching constitutional magni- <br />tude": he ultimately sold the parcels for a total of over $100,000. More- <br />over, all of Henry's investment -backed expectation claims were based on <br />his having an entitlement to those claims, which he did not. In any case, <br />he received "significant return" on his investments when he sold the <br />land.
