Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY <br />PERIOD FOR THE ACCOUNTANT I <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Cindy Nelson was hired for the position of Accountant I on <br />November 29, 2010 and was subject to a six-month probationary period; and <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Nelson has successfully completed the required six-month <br />probationary period; and <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Director recommends removing Ms. Nelson from <br />probation effective May 29, 2011, and retaining her as the full-time regular Accountant I. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />Motion to approve resolution 11-05-XXX confirming the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Cindy Nelson, effective <br />May 29, 2011 and retain her as the full-time regular Accountant I. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council on the 31st day of May, 2011 <br />
