Ramsey Core Planning Team <br />We are pleased to offer the City of Ramsey experienced and collaborative staff members who can help staff administer land use application <br />reviews, and process City zoning and subdivision amendments. Her clients have <br />consistently given her rave reviews for <br />her knowledge, energy, dedication and <br />professionalism. <br />Tina's experience working as a city planner <br />provides her the skills necessary to provide <br />a precise level of service to applicants. <br />She has responded to hundreds of phone <br />calls and conducted "planning counter" <br />conversations with residents and developers, <br />effectively assisting them through the often <br />unknown planning review process. <br />Tina has also prepared hundreds of staff <br />reports for planning commissions, park <br />commissions, and city councils. She has <br />built trust and rapport with each planning <br />commission and city council she has had <br />the opportunity to serve. Tina is committed <br />to providing a friendly, consistent, and <br />professional level of service in Ramsey. <br />Tina's consulting experience focuses on <br />comprehensive planning, zoning studies, and <br />full ordinance updates. She completed three <br />major updates as part of the implementation <br />efforts of recently completed Comprehensive <br />Plans.
