County Road J Gateway Master Plan for the City of Lino Lakes <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />Master plan for the area <br />surrounding County Road 1 and <br />Hodgeson Road, which is a <br />gateway into Lino Lakes Road <br />and water/sewer improvements <br />will create new opportunities for <br />mixed -use development. <br />Plan goal was to identify road <br />connections, trail linkages and <br />create guidelines to shape <br />pedestrian -friendly streetscapes <br />to access businesses. <br />Preserve and protect wetland <br />areas and plan for ponding and <br />stormwater treatment. <br />2006 Plan Completed <br />
