Councilmember <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />RESOLUTION #11-05-XXX <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />#09-25; DYSPROSIUM STREET RECONSTRUCTON <br />WHEREAS, on May 11, 2010 the Ramsey City Council ordered Improvement project <br />09-25; Dysprosium Street Reconstruction, called for the preparation of plans and specifications <br />and authorized the solicitation of bids; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Improvement Project 09-25; <br />Dysprosium Street Reconstruction, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the following is a summary of the bids that were received: <br />Contractor Bid <br />WHEREAS, XXX is the lowest responsible bidder. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with XXX for Improvement Project 09-25; Dysprosium Street Reconstruction in the <br />amount of $XXX, and <br />2) That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the <br />deposits made with their bids. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />RESOLUTION #11-05-XXX <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
