<br />RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR CITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
<br />#11-21; ARMSTRONG AND BUNKER LAKE BOULEVARD INTERSECTION
<br />SIGNALIZATON
<br />WHEREAS, on December 14, 2010 the Ramsey City Council ordered improvement
<br />project 11-21; Armstrong and Bunker Lake Boulevard Signalization Project; and
<br />WHEREAS, on January 11, 2011 the Ramsey City Council called for the preparation of
<br />plans and specifications when they awarded of an engineering services contract with WSB &
<br />Associates; and
<br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 2011 the Ramsey City Council authorized the solicitation of
<br />bids; and
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Improvement Project 11-21;
<br />Armstrong and Bunker Lake Boulevard Intersection Signalization, bids were received, opened
<br />and tabulated according to law; and
<br />WHEREAS, the following is a summary of the bids that were received:
