(3) Testing labs. <br />(4) Offices. <br />(5) Supply yards with building. <br />(6) Warehousing and storage. <br />(7) Self storage facilities, indoor. <br />(8) Truck terminals with building. <br />(9) Athletic facilities /fitness centers /dance studios. <br />(10) Business incubators /multitenant facilities housing manufacturing, research labs, testing labs, <br />offices, athletic facilities /fitness centers /dance studios, motor vehicle implement and recreation <br />equipment sales or repair, governmental or public uses, indoor commercial recreation, light <br />manufacturing, radio and television offices and stations, and wholesale businesses, provided they <br />are indoor operations with no outside storage or display areas. The following are conditional uses and require a conditional use permit based <br />upon procedures set forth in and regulated by section 117 -50 <br />(1) Open and outdoor storage as a principal use, provided that: <br />a.
