Community Development Director Sherman stated there were definitely some issues with the 4 <br />in 40 and with clustering, whether it should be strictly with each 40 acres and whether one can <br />utilize wetlands as part of the accumulation of acreage. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Anderson and seconded by Commissioner Wivoda to adjourn the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
