e <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />That the Applicants currently have a 600 square foot attached garage and a 450 square foot <br />detached garage, and they are proposing to replace the 450 square foot detached garage with <br />a 1,152 square foot garage, for a total of 1,752 square feet of garage space, which is an 88 <br />square foot overage in total allowable garage space on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That Section 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code also states that the maximum single accessory <br />structure size allowed on a 1.4 acre parcel is 800 square feet. <br /> <br />That the Applicants are proposing to construct a single accessory structure that is 1,152 <br />square feet in size, which is a 352 square foot overage in the maximum single accessory <br />structure size limits. <br /> <br />That the City has previously approved requests to exceed the total accessory structure space <br />restrictions on a parcel and overages in the single accessory structure size restrictions in the <br />range proposed. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that the overage in single building size would provide the <br />necessary garage space to store his personal recreational property indoors. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not adversely impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br />market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future <br />neighboring uses. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not be served adequately by public facilities and services such <br />as highways and streets. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for <br />public facilities and services, and it will/will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of <br />the community. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any <br />persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, <br />smoke, fumes, glare, or odors. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-01- <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
