Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-01- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br />EXCEED SIGN SURFACE RESTRICTIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #99-01-__ <br />Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />adopting <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That on ,1999, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to CoImexus Energy ("Permit Holder") for two ground signs and to exceed the sign <br />surface area restriction on the property generally known as 14601 Ramsey Blvd. N.W. and <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, A.E.C. ENERGY PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />The Permit Holder is herein granted permission to erect two .ground signs on the Subject <br />Property, one at the Ramsey Blvd. N.W. entrance and one at the Industry Avenue N.W. <br />entrance. <br /> <br />The sign surface area of the ground sign located at the Ramsey Blvd. N.W. entrance shklt not <br />exceed 1 i5 square feet or an aggregate surface area of 230 square feet. The sign surface of <br />the ground sign located at the Industry Avenue N.W. entrance shall maintain compliance <br />with the 100 square foot (200 square foot aggregate) maximum sign size restriction <br />established by City Code. <br /> <br />3. The installation of the ground signs on the Subject Property shall require a sign permit from <br /> the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />4. The signs shall be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with Section 9.12 <br /> (Signs) of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
