Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #99-01- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO EXCEED SIGN SURFACE RESTRICTIONS WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #99-01-__ Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit. adopting NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: That on ,1999, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to CoImexus Energy ("Permit Holder") for two ground signs and to exceed the sign surface area restriction on the property generally known as 14601 Ramsey Blvd. N.W. and legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 1, A.E.C. ENERGY PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota (Subject Property). This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: The Permit Holder is herein granted permission to erect two .ground signs on the Subject Property, one at the Ramsey Blvd. N.W. entrance and one at the Industry Avenue N.W. entrance. The sign surface area of the ground sign located at the Ramsey Blvd. N.W. entrance shklt not exceed 1 i5 square feet or an aggregate surface area of 230 square feet. The sign surface of the ground sign located at the Industry Avenue N.W. entrance shall maintain compliance with the 100 square foot (200 square foot aggregate) maximum sign size restriction established by City Code. 3. The installation of the ground signs on the Subject Property shall require a sign permit from the City of Ramsey. 4. The signs shall be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with Section 9.12 (Signs) of the Ramsey City Code.
