Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-03- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br />EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SPACE ALLOV.~ED ON <br />A PARCEL OF LAND, AND THE SINGLE BUILDING AREA AND HEIGHT <br />RESTRICTIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 98-03- adopting Findings <br />of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to the following <br />conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On , 1999, a Conditional Use Permit ("CLIP") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Gregory Landowski ("Permittee") for an overage in total accessory structure space, and <br />single building area and height restrictions on the property generally known as 6131 Green Valley <br />Road and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 10 and 10A, Block 1, Green Valley Estates 2"d Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for the construction of a 13,200 square foot indoor riding <br />arena (" Structure') on the Subject Property. Said Structure is approved for construction with <br />29 gauge steel panels, color matched to the home. , :: <br /> <br />The Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the <br />Structure. <br /> <br />That no commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said Structure <br />unless the necessary permits have been obtained from the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />That the Permittee herein agrees to remedy a justifiable nuisance complaint resulting from <br />the horse related activities on the property within a 24 hour period. The City Administrator <br />or his/her designee shall have the authority to determine whether a nuisance complaint is <br />justified or not. <br /> <br /> <br />
