The property is located north of Trott Brook in the Rural Service Area where there is currently a <br />density zoning restriction of 4 units per 40 acres. However, if the draft Comprehensive Plan is <br />approved by Metro Council, Mr. Landowski's property is one of those areas that will be shifted <br />from 4 units in 40 acres to 1 unit per 2.5 acres, which is still quite rural in character. <br /> <br />Because of the erratic changes in topography on Mr. Landowski's property, the arena will be <br />hardly visible from Green Valley Road.
