Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen to <br />add Finding #18 to read: That at the January 26, 1999 City Council meeting, the <br />applicant made a verbal request for an additional 144 square feet. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Haas Steffen, Hendriksen and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: Councilmember Anderson - she felt the request should be sent <br />back to the Planning Commission. Absent: mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen and seconded by Councilmember Haas Steffen to <br />add Finding #19 to read: That the City Council deemed the addition of 144 square feet to <br />be relatively insignificant and an additional public hearing is not necessary. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: <br />Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />Yes: Councilmembers Hendriksen, Haas Steffen and <br />Councilmember Anderson - for same reason stated above. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen to <br />adopt Resolution #99-01-019 adopting Findings of Fact #0483, as amended, relating to a <br />request from Francis and Teresa Moulzolf for a conditional use permit to exceed the total <br />accessory structure space and the maximum single accessory structure size allowed on <br />parcels 1 to 2 acres in size. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Haas Steffen, Hendriksen <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: CouncilmemberAnderson. Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen and seconded by Councilmember Haas Steffen to <br />amend Term #1 of the conditional use permit to state the size as 1,296 instead of 1,152 <br />square feet and that a new drawing, dated February 1, 1999, will be submitted showing <br />the correct dimensions. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Hendriksen, Haas Steffen, Anderson and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: None. Absent: Mayor Gamec. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen and seconded by Councilmember Haas Steffen to <br />adopt Resolution #99-01-020 approving the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit, as <br />amended, based on Findings of Fact #0483 and declaring terms of permit for an overage <br />in total garage and accessory building space and single accessory structure size <br />restrictions. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Hendriksen, Haas Steffen and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: Councilmember Anderson.
