Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-04- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br />ALTER THE LANDSCAPE OF PROPERTY IN THE RUM RIVER SCENIC OVERLAY <br />DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 99-04- adopting <br />Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to <br />the following conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On , 1999, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to T.V. Rao ("Permit Holder") for landscape alterations on the property legally described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 40, Block 6, RIVER'S BEND, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.23.10 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. This permit shall expire September 30, 1999. <br /> <br />All construction, erosion control and restoration shall be conducted in accordance with the <br />five (5) sheet set of plans labeled Exhibits A through E, submitted by the Applicant in <br />conjunction with the application dated March 19, 1999. <br /> <br />All equipment used for the project shall be maintained and operated in such a manner to <br />minimize noise, dust, and vibrations adversely affecting surrounding properties.
