Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-05- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO <br />EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SPACE ALLOWED <br />ON A PARCEL OF LAND, AND THE SINGLE BUILDING AREA AND HEIGHT <br />RESTRICTIONS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 99-05- adopting <br />Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit subject to <br />the following conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On May .___, 1999, a Conditional Use Permit ("CLIP") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to William and Judith Rome ("Permittee") for an overage in total accessory structure <br />space, and single building size restrictions on the property generally known as 16100 <br />Dysprosium Street N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 2, Block 9, Barthel's Rum River Acres 2na Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for the construction of a 2,400 square foot accessory <br />building (" Structure') on the Subject Property. Said Structure shall be designed with <br />soffit, facia and cave overhang and is approved for construction with steel panels color <br />matched to the home. <br /> <br />The Permittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of <br />the Structure. <br /> <br />That no commercial or industrial activity of any type shall be permitted in said Structure <br />unless the necessary permits have been obtained from the City of Rarnsey. <br /> <br />That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />Resolution #99-05- <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
