Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 99-05- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING TI-W. ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR <br />A COMMERCIAL CATTERY. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 99-05- adopting <br />Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit subject to <br />the following conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On , 1999, a Home Occupation Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Dennis and Bonita Cobey ("Permittee") for a commercial cattery on the property <br />generally known as 9340 Hwy. #10 N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> The East 132 Feet of Lot 6, Auditor Subdivision 33, of Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> ("Subject Property"). <br /> <br />This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.11.04 of the Ramsey city Code. <br />this Permit are as follows: <br /> <br />The conditions of <br /> <br />1. This Permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied <br /> <br />2. This Permit shall allow for the maintenance of a maximum of eighteen (18) cats on the <br /> Subject Property and the cattery shall be primarily an indoor operation. <br /> <br />Upon confmuation of any nuisance complaints relating to the cats, the City may take action <br />to abate the nuisance and/or to revoke this Permit pursuant to Section 9.03.04, subd. 9, of the <br />Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />That no cat under the ownership of the Permit-tee shall be allowed to nm at large in an <br />unconfined area on the Subject Property, except under the direct supervision of the <br />Permittee. <br /> <br />1. That the Permittee shall provide the City with a copy of the annual inspection report required <br /> by the Cat Fanciers' Association. <br /> <br />5. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />2/ <br /> <br /> <br />
