Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />Frolik/ 9/10/98 Only one member from both the Planing Commissi~)n and <br />Sherman/ the Economic Development Authority will continue to be on <br />Complete the Business Park 95 Arckitectural Review Board. Each will <br /> be appointed by their respective commissions, along with an <br /> alternative, on a bi-annual basis. They may not serve two <br /> consecutive terms on the Board. There will be three members <br /> fi.om the business community (Business Park 95) elected to <br /> the Board, and these will rotate with each annual meeting. <br /> The City Administrator position will be eliminated from the <br /> Board, but there will remain a City staff liaison. These <br /> changes to the covenants are expected to be voted on at the <br /> March 1999 annual meeting of all Business Park 95 owners. <br /> Annual meeting of Business Park 95 scheduled for April <br /> 9, 1999. <br />Norman/ 12/03298 Commissioner Jensen once again asked that the Planning <br />Pending Commission be given monthly updates on upcoming proj cots. <br />V~'alther/ 11/03/98 Follow-up on City Code complaints regarding Jim l~eichert's <br />Complete property. <br /> <br />Frolik/ 11/03/9~- "The Planr~g Cornrrdssion directed Staff to design a formula <br />Fending for warehouse parking requirements. <br /> <br />Frolik/ 01/05/99 CommissiOner Anderson requested that the notification area <br />Complete be expanded, specifically for rezoning issues. <br /> <br /> <br />
