The sign shall be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with Section 9.12 <br /> (Signs) of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />4. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcing this Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />5.
