COUNCIL BUSINESS/PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Introduce Ordinance to Vacate Drainage and Utility Easement in <br />Gateway North Industrial park Plat 4; Case of ParaBody/LifeFitness <br /> <br />Mayor Garnet closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:10 p.m. in <br />order to conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearine <br /> <br />Mayor Garnet called the public hearing to order at 7:10 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that ParaBody/LifeFitness is in the process of <br />receiving City approval for expanding their facility at 14150 Sunfish Lake Boulevard <br />NW. As part of that expansion, they are replatting two parcels and there is currently a <br />drainage and utility easement on the common property boundary that is to be vacated. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman <br />to close the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Garnet, Councilmembers Haas Steffen, <br />Zimmerman, Anderson and Hendr/ksen. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing adjourned at 7:12 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Busines~ <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to order at <br />7:12 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br />introduce the ordinance to vacate certain drainage and utility easements in Gateway <br />North Industrial Park Plat 4. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
