Case//I3: Report from Personnel Committee <br /> <br />1) Authorization to Award Contract for Organizational <br /> Analysis Labor Associates Inc. <br /> <br />Human Resources <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Anderson and seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen to <br />award the contract to Labor Relations Associates, Inc. for an organizational human <br />resources analysis, for a not-to-exceed figure of $8,695. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Anderson, Hendrlksen, <br />Haas Steffen and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />2) End Probationary Period of Public Works Supervisor Grant .Riemer <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Haas Stcffen and seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen to <br />adopt Resolution #99-04-062 ending the probationary period for employee Grant Pdemer <br />and granting him the status of regular, full-time Public Works Supervisor, effective April <br />14, 1999. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Haas Steffen, Hendriksen, <br />Anderson and Zirnmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />3) End Probationary Period of Accounting Clerk Deborah (Deb) Hanson <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen and seconded by Councilmcmber Haas Steffen to <br />adopt Resolution #99-04-063 ending the probationary period for Accounting Clerk <br />Deborah Hanson and granting her the status of regular, full-time employee, effective <br />March 28, 1999. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Hendriksen, Haas Steffen, <br />Anderson and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />4) Comments and Recommendations on City Administrator's Performance <br /> Appraisal <br /> <br />Consensus was that the performance results and discussion of their significance be placed <br />in the personnel file of the City Administrator. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />Information Item: Temporary Receptionist Retained to Assist with <br />Coverage for Employee Leave of Absence <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Haas Steffen and seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen to <br />affirm the administrative decision to retain a temporary employee to provide coverage <br />until the City's full-time Receptionist returns to work. <br /> <br />City Council/April 13, 1999 <br /> Page 12 of 14 <br /> <br /> <br />
