Basically the natural areas on the island and across the l>dver from your <br />property are to be emulated as much as possible by minimizing the disturbance and restoring a <br />buffer area with native vegetation. The natural buffer on and landward of the bluffhas more 'than <br />just scenic and ecological values. No mowing means more time for other pursuits. <br /> <br />I look forward to seeing your revised plans.
