May 28, '1999 <br /> <br />November 2, 1998 <br /> <br />February 5, 1999 <br /> <br />April 14, 1999 <br /> <br />May 11, 1999 <br /> <br />May 19, 1999 <br />May 27, 1999 <br /> <br />Community Development Director and Zoning Administrator <br />summarizing recent events. <br /> <br />The Zoning Administrator responded to the memo with an e-mail <br />suggesting 'the project may require a Conditional Use Permit for <br />grading and exporting soils. <br /> <br />City received notice that DNR approved the rip-rap project up to the <br />OHW, but did not authorize any change in the configuration of the <br />bank above OHW as that is within the City's jurisdiction. <br /> <br />The DNR contacted City staff following an inspection of the project <br />on April 12, 1999 which revealed the configuration of the bank was <br />changed above the OHW as had been previously proposed without <br />City approval. Digital photographs were sent via e-mall to City staff <br />from the DNR. <br /> <br />The Community Development Assistant 'mailed a notice of possible <br />code violation to both property owners and enclosed applications for <br />conditional use permits for after-the-fact City review. <br /> <br />Applications for Environmental <br />property owners. <br /> <br />Permits were submitted by the <br /> <br />Plans forwarded to the DNR for review. <br /> <br />DNR comments were received by City staff. <br /> <br />4-1 <br /> <br /> <br />
