("Subject Property") NOW THEREFOR_E~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE DF MINNESOTA that the findings of fact relating to the request are determined to be as follows: That on May 17, 1999, Dolphin Real Estate Partknership, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," properly applied for a conditional use permit to exceed the sign size and height restrictions in the B~3 Highway Business District. o That the Applicant appeared before the Ramsey Planning Commission for a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the City Code on June I, 1999, and that said public hearing was properly advertised, and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated as a part of these findings by reference. 3. That the Subject Property is approximately 3 acres in size. That the Subject Property and the parcels to the west and east are zoned B-3 Highway Business; the property on the south side of Hwy. #10 is County Park; and the property on the north side of the Burlington railroad tracks is zoned Business Warehouse. 5. That Section 9.12.08, Subd. 1, of the Ramsey City Code states that there shall not be more than one ground sign and it shall not exceed 100 square feet for each exposed face. 6. That Section 9.12.03, Subd. 3, of the Ramsey City Code states that grounds signs shall not project higher than 25 feet. 7. That the Applicant is proposing to erect a 35 foot high sign for the new Burger King facility on the Subject Property that will total 189 square feet in size. RESOLUTION #99-06- Page 2 of 4
