CASE <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR SKETCH PLAN REVIEW OF OSTERKAMP ADDITION; <br />CASE OF MR. JIM OSTERKAMP <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Osterkamp is requesting sketch plan review of a minor subdivision to plat each unit of <br />an existing, lawful nonconforming twin home onto separate lots of record for salability as two <br />individual dwelling units. <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />City Code does not require a public heating for minor subdivisions. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Both of the lots in the plat exceed the minimum area requirement. Lot 2 is approximately 6 feet <br />shy of the 80 foot width requirement and the surveyor is proposing to make the necessary <br />modification. If it is not feasible, then a variance to lot width will be required.
