Monthly Status Report , <br /> <br />Frolik~ending 5/12/98 <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Apple Ridge 5th <br />Addition and directed that the City's Public Works <br />Department install a gate to impede traffic, except for <br />emergency vehicles, at the intersection of 158th Avenue and <br />Potassium Street in the Apple Ridge 5th Addition, which <br />installation shall be at such time as said 158th Avenue is <br />accepted for use by the City. Director of Public Workshops <br />requested having input on the design of the gate. Execute <br />Development Agreement but amend it by adding that the <br />Developer shall deposit with the City, a non-refundable sum <br />of $1,500 to defray the City's expense of installing a gate at <br />the intersection of 158th Avenue and Potassium Street NW in <br />the Apple Ridge 5th Subdivision. Plat name has been <br />changed to River Pines 4. <br /> <br />Frolik/Pending 6/23/98 With regard t6 number of dogs one can have, etc. <br /> Councilmember Haas Steffen asked that the entire City be <br /> looked at .- population wise, parcel size, etc. with regard to <br /> standards for the City. the Planning Commission <br /> recommended going to three dogs versus two. Ordinance <br /> is going to City Council April 13. Council sent ordinance <br /> back to Planning Commission for rewrite. <br />~hermaS-t/Frolik/ 10/06798 The planning Commission recommended that City Co~tncil <br />Pending deny the proposed site plan for C.R. Concrete Design because <br /> the site is subject to the development moratorium adopted by <br /> the City Council on August 25, 1998 and effective on <br /> September 28, 1998. Forward to Council. If Council elects to <br /> grant an exception to the moratorium, the site plan is to be <br /> returned to the Planning Commission for review. Forward to <br /> Council. Council requested additional information from <br /> the County regarding future alignment of C.R. #116 west <br /> of Armstrong Boulevard. County response received - site <br /> ~Ian to City Council May 1 i. Council requested additional <br /> information from the County on May 11, 1999. Bring <br /> back to City Council after additional information is <br /> obtained. <br />Norman/ 10/08/98 Implement a monthly update to keep the Council and the <br />Pending different commissions apprised of what each is doing. <br />~rolik/Walther 11/05/98 The Planning Commissior~ directed Staff to design a'formula <br />Pending for warehouse parking requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />
