Councilmember Hendriksen asked that the <br /> number of off-street parking spaces be verified also. <br />Frolik/ 05/04/99 The Planning Commission recommended City Council grant <br />Complete preliminary plat approval to Northfork Itasca Point, <br /> contingent upon compliance with Staff review letter dated <br /> 3/31/99 with the exception of recommendations for <br /> modifying the grading plan. Forward to Council. Council <br /> tabled until June 8. <br />Frolik/ 03/02/99 The Planning Commission recommended that City Council <br />Complete approve the proposed site plan for Kenko contingent '~pon <br /> exception to the moratorium and resolution of sewer and <br /> water issues.
