Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />Frolik/ 8/10/99 With regard to Mr. Danner's request for Metes and Bounds - <br />Complete Findings of Fact: Amend #17 to read "Denial of the proposed <br /> subdivision will not create undue hardship", Amend #18 to <br /> read "Failure to comply does interfere with the purpose of the <br /> Subdivision Chapter". Remove Item #19 from the FOF as it <br /> is not relevant to the case. Execute Resolution #99-08-I41 <br /> (HendrikserdZimmerman/All) adopting Findings of Fact <br /> #0502 and deny Mr. Danner's request for a metes and bounds <br /> subdivision. Council moved the following conclusion: The <br /> request for a subdivision by metes and bounds description is <br /> herein denied based on the FOF which established that the <br /> subdivision would not be in compliance with the City's <br /> Subdivision Chapter and would result in a loss of spirit and <br /> intent of said Chapter. (Mayor Gamec voted no on this case <br /> because the title could be placed preventing any further <br /> building on the property. Forward to Council. <br />F~01ik/ 07/06/99 The Planning Commission recommended City Council <br />Jankowski/ approve the proposed site plan for Direct Enclosures, Inc. <br />Complete Amend the Staff review letter to read: "The culvert be added <br /> as agreed*by the City and the Developer and the installation of <br /> the trail parallel to Sunwood Drive be negotiated".
