Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99-09- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR <br />SELF-SERVICE MINI-STORAGE GARAGES IN A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #99-09- <br />Findings of Fact # for this use and herein approves the Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />adopting <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That on , 1999, a Conditional Use Permit ("CUP") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Zitco, Inc. ("Permit Holder") to construct and operate self-service mini-storage <br />garages on the property generally known as 6111 Hwy. #10 N.W. and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lots 1, lA and 2, Block 1, GUY ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />(Subject Property). <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. This CUP shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. <br /> <br />2. The number of mini-storage units developed on the Subject Property shall be limited to __ <br /> <br />The development of the mini~storage units on the Subject Property shall be in accordance <br />with the City approved Site Plan, Landscape Plan and Building Elevations prepared by. Bruce <br />W. Schmitt & Associates dated ., Revision Date * *,. <br /> <br />4. There shall be no outside storage permitted on the Subject Property and the Permit Holder <br /> shall be responsible for keeping the Subject Property free from litter and debris. <br /> <br />5. Any outside lighting on the SubjeCt Property shall be arranged to deflect away from Hwy. <br /> #10. <br /> <br />6. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcing this CUP. <br /> <br /> <br />
