ORDINANCE #99- <br /> <br />CITY OF RA1VISEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER IS <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY <br />CODE. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION I. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 9.20.11 (R-1R Residential District), Subd. 2.c (Permitted Uses); Section 9.20.12 (R-1U <br />Residential District), Subd. 2.c (Permitted Uses); Section 9.20.13 (R-2U Residential District), <br />Subd. 2d (Permitted Uses); and Section 9.20.15 (MR Multiple Residential District), Subd. 2b <br />(Permitted Uses); are hereby amended to read as follows: "Public Uses excluding municipal <br />liquor stores". <br /> <br />Section 9.20.14 (R-3U Residential District), Subd. 2 (Permitted Uses) is hereby amended to <br />change "Schools, Agriculture, Gardening, Truck Gardening" to "Agriculture, Gardening and <br />Truck Gardening" and add "Public Uses excluding municipal liquor stores". <br /> <br />Section 9.20.21 (B-1 Business Distrlct)i Section 9.20.22 (B-2 Business District), and Section <br />9.20.25 (I Industrial District), Subd. 2 (Permitted Uses), is hereby amended to include the <br />following: "Public Uses". <br /> <br />Section 9.20.23 (B-3 Highway Business District) and Section' 9.20.24 (B-W Business Warehouse <br />District), Subd. 2.d (Permitted Uses) is hereby amended to read as follows: "Public Uses". ~.. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION <br /> <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance #99-__; which has been approved by the <br />City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />ordinance: <br /> <br />In the list of Permitted Uses in the R-1R Residential District, R-1U Residential District, and R- <br />2U Residential District, "Public parks" is being changed to "Public uses excluding municipal <br />liquor stores". Permitted Uses in the R-3 Urban Residential District is being amended to include <br />"Public Uses excluding municipal liquor stores".
