Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />Frolik/Pending 6/23/98 With regard to number of dogs one can have, etc. <br /> Councilmember Haas Steffen asked that the entire City be <br /> looked at - population wise, parcel size, etc. with regard to <br /> standards for the City. the Planning Commission <br /> recommended going to three dogs versus two. Ordinance <br /> is going to City Council April 13. Council sent ordinance <br /> back to Planning Commission for rewrite for an <br /> administrative license for three dogs.. <br />Sherman/Frolik/ 10/06/98 The Planning Commission recommended that City Council <br />Pending deny the proposed site plan for C.R. Concrete Design because <br /> the site is subject to the development moratorium adopted by <br /> the City Council on August 25, 1998 and effective on <br /> September 28, 1998. Forward to Council, If Council elects to <br /> grant an exception to the moratorium, the site plan is to be <br /> returned to the Planning Commission for review. Forward to <br /> Council. Council requested additional information from <br /> the County regarding future alignment of C.R. #116 west <br /> of Armstrong Boulevard. County response received - site <br /> plan to City Council May !1. Council requested additional <br /> information from the County on May 11, 1999. Bring <br /> back to City Council after additional information is <br /> obtained. <br />Norman/ 10/08/98 Implement a monthly update to keep the Council and the <br />Pending different commissions apprised of what each is doing. <br />Frolik/Walther 11/03/98' The Planning Commission directed Staff to design a' formula <br />Pending for warehouse parking requirements. <br />Olson/Pending 07/06/99 Correct the Planning Commission minutes of June 1, 1999 to <br /> read: <br /> Case ~4 - Para. 10, under Commission Business sentence <br /> should read: "Amendment by Chairperson Anderson to table <br /> the motion until a landscape plan by a professional landscaper <br /> is received be the City. <br /> Case fi4 - Para. 12, under Commission Business sentence <br /> should read: ". .... because of the burden placed on the <br /> property owners to get the landscaping completed by October <br /> 1 under threat of a fine prior to seeing a landscape plan and <br /> determine if a landscape plan is possible. <br /> Case #6 - Para. 3, second line should read: "width" instead <br /> of "with". <br /> <br /> <br />
