RESOLUTION OF THE RAMSEY PLANNING COMMISSION CONCER/qlNG THE <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF T~E CITY OF RAMSEY'S <br />REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA PROPOSAL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the proposal by the Economic Development Authority <br />of the City of Ramsey to establish a Redevelopment Project Area, <br />(the "Redevelopment Project Area") in connection with the <br />constz-~ction and equipping of a fire station and adopt the <br />Redevelopment Plan for the Redevelopment Project Area (the <br />"Plan"); all pursuant to and in conformity with applicable law~ <br />including Minnesota SEatutes, Sections 469.001 through 469.047 <br />and 469.090 through 469.1081; have been submitted to the Ramsey <br />Plmnnin~ Commission (the "Commission"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Commission has reviewed the Plan to determine <br />the consistency of the Plan with the Comprehensive Plan of the <br />City: <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R~SOLV~D by the Ramsey Plannin~ <br />Commission that the Plan is consistent with the Ramsey <br />Comprehensive Plan and the Commission recommends approval of the <br />Plan to the Ramsey City Council. <br /> <br />Adopted: ., 1999. <br /> <br />Chair <br /> <br /> <br />
