Answer: As stated above, a redevelopment project includes reducing or eliminating the <br />causes of blight. Inadequate fire protection may cause development in thc project area to <br />be delayed and may cause blight to occur in the project area. I also understand that the <br />land proposed to be included in the project area is not utilized at its highest and best use <br />and the development of the f'tre station may cause additional development to occur by <br />private entetlxise within_ the project area. <br /> <br />5.
