PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />DRAFT <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, October 5, 1999, at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Leo Anderson <br />Commissioner Chris Dempsey <br />Commissioner Sharon Jensen <br />Commissioner Robert Johnson <br />Commissioner Bill Kociscak <br />Commissioner Joe Wivoda <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Michael Nixt <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />Community Development Director Cindy Sherman <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Anderson called the regular meeting to order at 7:25 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OFAGENDA <br /> <br />Chairperson Anderson added the continuation of discussion regarding City Code Chapter 5.09 <br />(Animals and Fowl), and 5.09.03 (Dog Regulations) that had been tabled during the previous <br />Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Jensen, seconded by Commissioner Wivoda, to approve the agenda as <br />amended. <br /> <br />Motion Carded. Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Commissioners Jensen, Wivoda, <br />Dempsey, Johnson, and Kociscak. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Nixt. <br /> <br />APPROVE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Dempsey, seconded by Commissioner Kociscak, to approve the <br />following minutes: <br /> <br />1) Planning Commission public heating and regular meeting minutes dated September 7, 1999 <br /> <br />Planning Commission/October 5, 1999 <br /> Page 1 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
