Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the interim use permit until the property lease expires. Because <br />this is for an extended period of time, 4 years, Staff is recommending that the Interim Use Permit <br />require continuing the screening of berming and trees along Unity Street across the front of the <br />property, parallel to Industry Avenue. The City is willing to participate in that site improvement <br />because it will initiate some necessary screening from the residential use across the street <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend adoption of findings of fact relating to a request from Transwest, Inc. for <br />an interim use permit for the utilization of a temporary office structure. <br /> <br />Motion to recommend approval of Transwest's request for use of a temporary office structure <br />based on the findings of fact. <br /> <br />Motion to deny the request for an interim use permit for the use of a temporary office structure <br />from Transwest, Inc., based on the findings of fact. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />PC: 11/08/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
