The building will <br />be constructed out of insulated precast concrete panels with a roof made from prefinished <br />metal coping. <br /> <br />Lighting Plan: Amcon Construction has chosen a lighting plan that includes 250 watt <br />wall hung shoebox type fixtures with cutoff baffles mounted approximately 20' - 0" <br />above grade. <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission will be meeting to review the proposed site plan on <br />Tuesday, December 7, 1999 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Enclosed for your information is a copy of the case cover sheet for the Planning <br />Commission agenda.
