Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #03-09- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #0 RELATING TO A <br />REQUEST FROM SCOTT AND CARRI EDGERTON FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT <br />TO MAINTAIN TWO DWELLINGS ON ONE PARCEL FOR A TEMPORARY <br />PERIOD. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received an application from Scott and Carri Edgerton <br />an interim use permit to maintain two dwellings on the property, generally known as 7031 <br /> Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The south 330 feet of the east 660 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter of Section 03, Township .32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the findings of fact relating <br />to the request are determined to be as follows: <br /> <br />That on August 25, 2003, Scott and Carri Edgerton, hereinafter referred to as the <br />"Applicants," properly applied for an interim use permit to maintain two dwellings on the <br />Subject Property for a temporary period of time. <br /> <br />That the Applicant's appeared before the Ramsey Planning Commission for a public <br />hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the City Code on September 15, 2003, and that said <br />public hearing was properly advertised, and that the minutes of said public hearing are <br />hereby incorporated as a part of these findings by reference. <br /> <br />3. That the Subject Property is approximately 4.8 acres in size. <br /> <br />That the Subject Property and surrounding parcels are zoned R-1 Residential and located in <br />the Rural Preserve Area. <br /> <br />That Section 9.11.01 (General Requirements) of City Code states, that there shall not be <br />more than one main building on a lot.except as otherwise provided. <br /> <br />That the existing dwelling on the Subject' Property is considered to be the main building <br />and the Applicants are proposing to continue living in the existing dwelling during the <br />construction of their new home on the same property. ' <br /> <br />That the Applicants have stated that the existing home will be demolished and removed <br />from the Subject Property when they take occupancy in the new home. <br /> <br />That the Applicants have stated that the existing home has been inspected in accordance <br />with Minnesota Pollution Control Regulations and the results reflect that there is no <br /> <br /> <br />
