PURPOSE <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to <br />authorize the City to sell certain real <br />property which property the City Council <br />has determined is no longer necessary for <br />the City's purposes. This ordinance is <br />adopted pursuant to and under the <br />authority of Section 12.05 of the City <br />Charter. <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br />' The City Council hereby declares the <br />'following legally described real property <br />owned by the City, as surplus property <br /> and hereby authorizes its sale. Said prop- <br />: erty is legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 3, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE <br /> BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDI- <br /> TION, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> The City Council has by a properly <br /> enacted resolution determined the con- <br /> sideration and terms upon which the <br /> above described property may be sold. <br /> SECTION 4.
