ORDINANCE #03-38 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 <br /> WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING <br /> AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER <br /> OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br /> MINNESOTA. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION <br /> 9.14 "SOLID WASTE" OF CHAPTER 9 OF <br /> THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br /> MINNESOTA. <br /> The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> SECTION 1. SUMMARY <br /> The following official summary of <br />Ordinance #03-38 has been approved by <br />the City Council of the City of Ramsey as <br />clearly informing the public of the intent <br />and effect of the Ordinance. <br /> It is the intent and effect of <br />Ordinance #03-38 to amend Ramsey City <br />Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision <br />of Land), Section 9.14 (Solid Waste), <br />Subsection 9.14.04 (Term of Permits) and <br />9.14.13 (Mixed Solid Waste and <br />Recycling Transfer Facilities) to eliminate <br />the five (5) year term limit on conditional <br />use permits issued for solid waste pro- <br />cessin9 facilities and establish minimums <br />standards for mixed solid waste and recy- <br />cling transfer facilities. <br /> SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> The effective date of this ordinance is <br />thirty (30) days after its passage and pub- <br />lication, subject to City Charter Section <br />5.07, <br /> Adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />the 26 th day of August 2003. <br />Al-rEST: <br />Jo Ann M.
