ORDINANCE #03-38 CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.14 "SOLID WASTE" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey ordains: SECTION 1. SUMMARY The following official summary of Ordinance #03-38 has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance. It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #03-38 to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision of Land), Section 9.14 (Solid Waste), Subsection 9.14.04 (Term of Permits) and 9.14.13 (Mixed Solid Waste and Recycling Transfer Facilities) to eliminate the five (5) year term limit on conditional use permits issued for solid waste pro- cessin9 facilities and establish minimums standards for mixed solid waste and recy- cling transfer facilities. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and pub- lication, subject to City Charter Section 5.07, Adopted by the Ramsey City Council the 26 th day of August 2003.
