Pre and post runoff calculations. <br /> <br />8. Size and type of each storm sewer facility proposed. <br /> <br />9. Proposed method of disposing of surface water drainage and method of <br /> conveying surface water drainage within and beyond the limits of the plat <br />: to publicly owned or controlled drainage facilities or storm sewers. There <br /> shall be no grades less than 1%. When grades are less than 2%, a <br /> certificate of grading will be required prior to occupancy. Existing and proposed centerline grades of public and private streets. <br /> <br />3. Location and widths of existing railroad right-of-ways. <br /> <br />4.
