Subd. 6. <br />following certificaiions: <br /> <br />Final Plats, Certification. The final plat shall contain the <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br />Notarized certificates by owner or by any mortgage holder of record of the <br />adoption of the plat and the dedication of streets and other public areas; <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />Notarized certification by a registered land surveyor to the effect that the <br />plat represents a survey made by him and that monuments and markers <br />shown therein exist as located and that all dimensional and geodetic details <br />are correct; <br /> <br />Space for certificates of approval to be filled in by the signatures of the City <br />Clerk; <br /> <br />do r <br /> <br />Private restrictions and trusteeships and their duration. Should such <br />restrictions and trusteeships be of such length as to make the lettering of <br />same on plat impracticable and thus necessitate the preparation of a separate <br />instruments, reference to such instruments shall be made on the plat and the <br />book and page number referring to the instrument shall be added to the plat <br />after the restrictions or trusteeship have been recorded; and <br /> <br /> e. The form for approval of County authorities as required. <br /> <br />9.50.04 Ad~ninistrative Subdivision: When a proposed subdivision realigns common lot <br />lines and by so do[_ng does not create additional buildable lots and does not create any lot which <br />is substandard for ~he applicable zoning district, or any overlay district, in which it lies and for <br />which is not creatOd a need for a new road, such new property description may be approved by <br />the Zoning Administrator if it is found the resulting configuration will not have adverse effects <br />on surrounding pr~Operty. Should the Zoning Administrator determine that the realignment of <br />common lot lines ~nay have an adverse effect on either adjoining property or may circumvent <br />other applicable z~ning restrictions, the Zoning Administrator shall require the subdivision to <br />proceed to Council~ pursuant to applicable provisions of this Code. <br /> <br />9.50.05 Registered Land Surveys. <br /> <br />The provisions of ~his Chapter shall apply to all registered land surveys within the City and the <br />standards, regulations and procedures hereof shall govern the Subdivision of land by registered <br />land survey. Building permits shall be withheld on tracts which have been subdivided by <br />unapproved registdred land surveys and the City shall decline to accept tracts as streets or roads <br />or to improve, repair or maintain such tracts within an unapproved registered land survey. <br /> <br />9.50.06 Procedural Variances <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Hardship.
