Water Shut-Off Boxes. The water shut-off boxes shall be adjusted at the <br />time the final boulevard grade is established. Water shut-off boxes shall <br />remain visible after the boulevard sod is installed. <br /> <br />Easement Acquisition. Prior to the time of construction, the owner or <br />subdivider shall obtain all easements required for the project. At the time <br />the project is complete and turned over to the City, all easements not <br />dedicated on the final plat shall be deeded to the City in ~ 9.50.50 <br />recordable document. <br /> <br />As-built Plans. Upon completion of installation of all required <br />improvements, the subdivider shall file with the City copies of plans and <br />specifications showing all improvements as finally constructed and installed <br />in both digital and paper form as required by the City Engineer. Such as- <br />built drawings shall be certified to be true and accurate by the registered <br />engineer responsible for the installation of the improvements. <br /> <br /> 9.50.50 <br />Stage I Financial Surety. Ail sums deposited with the City in a,~,~,,~,~,~,,~,~ <br />with this Section shall be kept in separate funds which funds shall be <br />encumbered and earmarked for the later construction of the particular <br />improvements within the particular Subdivision. These funds are deposited <br />into a non-interest barring fund. <br /> <br /> Suhd. 4. Stage II Improvements. The following items shall be installed by <br />the City or Subconlractors, at the expense of the subdivider. <br /> <br />Street Striping And Signing. Street signage shall include street name, <br />traffic control, and advisory signs. Street striping shall be completed on all <br />major thoroughfares, commercial and industrial streets as required by the <br />City Engineer. Striping shall be completed after sealcoating is done. <br /> <br />b. Sealcoating. Within five years after the construction of the streets, the City <br /> shall sealcoat the streets in accordance with City specifications. <br /> <br />Street Lights. After consultation with the provider of electrical services, <br />the City Engineer shall place within the development agreement, a street <br />light construction plan which will then be constructed as a Stage II <br />Improvement, the cost of purchase, installation and three year's operation <br />and maintenance thereof being included within the development agreement <br />as a Stage II Improvement. <br /> <br />Inspection.The installation of the above improvements shall be under the <br />control and supervision of the City Engineer who shall specify the manner <br />in which such installations shall be made. <br /> <br />9.50 Subdivision Regulations <br /> <br />9-40 <br /> <br />August 2003 Draft <br /> <br /> <br />
