After the Planning Commission has <br />approved the Ske~h Plan, the subdivider shall submit a preliminary plat and adhere to the <br />following: <br /> <br />mo <br /> <br />The subdivider shall file sufficient copies of the preliminary plat with the <br />Zoning Administrator at least 30 calendar days before the next regular <br />monthly meeting of the Planning Commission at which meeting said plat <br />shall be considered and at which time the required public hearir ....... Notice of public hearing shall be published in the official newsnaner of <br />the city and sent to property owners within seven hundred (700) ~ 9.50.03 <br />property to be subdivided at least ten days prior to the hearing da: <br />notice shall consist of a general description of the proposal, the time, date and <br />place of hearing. The notices and publications as required <br />hereunder shall be done by the Zoning Administrator and shall be paid by the <br />subdivider. The Planning Commission shall conduct the hearing on the <br />preliminary plat and shall make its report to the Council at its next meeting <br />Which falls at least 14 days after the Planning Commission's public hearing. It <br />~hall be the duty of the Planning Commission to determine whether the <br />preliminary plat conforms with or exceeds the design standards established by <br />this Chapter. The decision of the Planning Commission with regard thereto, <br />together with its recommendations, shall be included in its report to the <br />Council. <br /> <br />After the Council receives the report of the Planning Commission, the <br />;Council shall act to approve or disapprove the preliminary plat. If the Council <br />,shall disapprove said plat, the grounds for any such disapproval shall be set <br />rforth in the proceedings of the Council,. In its discretion, the Council may <br />hold a public hearing on the plat.
