Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Human Resources Manager Givonna Reed <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Assistant Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Zimmerman called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:10 p.m. and <br />called upon Councilmelnber Cook to lead in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Eric Zaetsch, 6521 154th Lane NW, Ramsey, stated that he had noticed that the Town Center <br />development agreement was not on the agenda. He did not know what was happening with the <br />process but wanted to the tell the Council that even if the deal were to "flip" it did not mean that <br />there was not going to be a Town Center, it may need to be a new developer. If that is what is <br />happening, the Council's primary concern has to be to protect the citizens. <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman explained that staff did go through negotiations last week with <br />Ramsey Town Center, LLC and presented the most recent draft of the development agreement to <br />the City Council. Mr. Norman also provided a copy of a financial report identifying expenses <br />versus revenue for the Town Center development. He noted that the Mayor will be asking the <br />Council to schedule a special meeting next Tuesday, September i6th to take action on the issue. <br /> <br />City Council/September 9, 2003 <br /> Page 2 of 16 <br /> <br /> <br />
