I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />'1 <br /> <br />CASE <br /> <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE TO VACATE EASEMENTS IN RAMSEY COMMERCIAL <br />PARK; CASE OF CHARLES CHRISTIAN <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />As you know, Mr. Christian is in the process of replatting Ramsey Commercial Park, which <br />requires vacating existing utility and drainage easements to make way for new easements to be <br />dedicated along the newly drawn property lines. On December 9, Council introduced an <br />ordinance to vacate those pre-existing utility easements. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Under the City Charter, that ordinance is now eligible for final adoption.
