On <br />December 9, 1997, the proposed ordinance was introduced. Enclosed <br />is the proposed ordinance for your adoption consideration. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends adoption of the Youth Access to Tobacco Ordinance. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to adopt Ordinance No. 98- 0'~/ which is an ordinance <br />relating to the sale, possession, and use of tobacco, tobacco <br />products, and tobacco related devices in the city and to reduce the <br />illegal sale, possession, and use of such items to and by minors. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Acting City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
