As the reports show, the City issued the following new home permits
compared to the same periods in the residential activity forecast:

Month Permits Issued Forecast
September 13 18
October 28 18
November 8 13

This activity brings the total projected single family home permits to 220 for the entire year. In
addition to the continued single family home construction, the City has received additional
applications for the Sunfish Square townhouse development. This continues the City's
development of a completion of the life cycle housing needs for the residents of the City.

In place of the "List of Current Projects" is an update from Mike Mukooney, the development
consultant who is assisting the City on a contract basis with the economic development issues.
As can be seen from this update, th,.-re is significant activity taking place that will add
approximately 200,000 square feet in the next year.

If you have any suggestions, or questions, concerning this report, please contact me.
